Yes, well, I haven't had that particular problem. The company seem to be doing quite well, covering a lot of rural towns where ADSL isn't available. I'm in the relatively fortunate position of having a choice, and I picked wireless as it was apealing to be independant of the phone line. I', not so sure any more.
