Sale Agreed (part II)

Wow. Just accept an offer on the apartment in the morning. Then, just before lunch I get news from the estate agent for the house I'd made an offer on. They had received a higher offer, but the seller had decided that because mine was sale agreed they'd accept my offer even though it's lower. I had offered €305,000.

As far as I'm concerned, nothing's certain until the contracts are signed, but the buyer for the apartment has cash and is keen to close quickly, and the seller of the house has moved out and is keen to close quickly, so if the lawyers can be hurried along things could all come together.

This all seems too good to be true. Hope you'll all come to the housewarming!
