Confused...

Saw a sign in the train station this morning:

"Toilet closed for cleaning. Please use alternative in Oslo."

Do they not think people will object to having to go so far?

Oh. Wait a minute, Oslo is the name of the station pub.

Hehehe. That is rather confusing for visitors who might not know what the pub is called, though.

Semirelatedly, while in London I was in a pub in Covent Garden called "Punch & Judy". On the back of the serving wenches' T-shirts was the logo for the pub, and the url http://www.punchandjudy@coventgarden.uk.

I still can't decide if it's just misinformation or plain stupidity..
