Greeting from Brugge

[livejournal.com profile] madangie and I are spending a few days in Brugge, in Belgium. It's a beautiful old city with fantqstic architecture and, of course, great food - Belgian waffles, ice cream, chocolate. And then there's the beer. I have tried a variety, and so far they're all splendiverous. If only I could remember the names of them all.

The hotel has free internet access, which is great. And I'm qlmost getting used to the Belgian AZERTY keyboard.

AZERTY? Hmm..that would take me a bit of time to get used to :)

Glad you're having a good time, Belgian ice cream and chocolate is simply divine...

It was the top row numbers that got me on a French AZERTY keyboard - you have to press SHIFT to get them!

Bloody hell!!! It'd probably take me an hour to type an email on that :)

It's not that bad, but you have to watch what you're typing. I find a lot of Qs and Zs where there aren't supposed to be any.

Yeah, same with the Belgian. It can be pretty confusing. I don't get the logic of it myself.

52? That'll never be enough. You'd need a Tarot deck at least! Okay, I admit I haven't got around 52 yet...
