I don't really consider myself as in the job market, but I just jot an email from a recruiter about a really sweet looking job. Suddenly I find myself very tempted to brush up the old CV...

Really, really, sweet? Sounds like you need to find out more and go for it!

Would your current employer be bummed to see you go?

Stop look and listen

That is the purpose of the email you recieved. To wet the appetite. It never hurts to have a look but be careful. I have often seen clients get similar emails or a headhunt call which spirals into an undesirable situation.
- Their current employer finds out.
- They go get an offer then try and get better terms with existing emloyer.
- They interview & get the job and leave only to find out it was a mistake.

By all means get more info on the role and research the potental opportunity or role. But be careful before you "cheat" on your current "partner".

If you still want to go ahead I am runnung a CV & Interview workshop on 29th in Dublin - paul@measurability.ie
