Eastercon

Been looking at how I might get to Hinkley for Eastercon. Was hoping to fly into East Midlands, but I should have booked it weeks ago, and now it's horribly expensive. So now I'm thinking of flying into London.

Just wondering if there's anyone heading that way I who might be kind enough to offer me a lift...

Going to Eastercon

Okay, given up on the idea of flying, and getting boat and train instead. On the plus side, it's €67 all in, all the way to Hinckley train station (if we'd flown it would have been a lot more expensive, and we'd still have to get from whatever airport we flew to). On the minus side, it takes a bloody long time, and I'm stuck with James Bacon for the whole journey...

Server me right for not booking a flight weeks ago!

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone at Eastercon. It will be loads of fun. Now doubt we'll do all the things you're not supposed to at cons and upset the trufans.
