Crap!

The gig I was looking forward to tonight has been canceled.

Apparently the venue is "closed for refurbishment" this week. That's rather typical, I'm afraid. The owner doesn't bother telling the person in charge of bookings not to book anything this week because the painters will be in. How mush refurbishment can you do in a week, anyway? :-(

And I've got a splitting headache.
