Things I like about our new house

• The conservatory - really nice to sit in and relax. I expect we'll be spending a lot of time there.


• The kitchen - lots of cupboards, everything clean and modern, and best of all: a dishwasher.


• The sitting room - nice and big with real wood floor and a bay window (currently containing our Christmas tree).


• The office - not set up yet, but have a nice big room we're going to build shelves in for books and computers and stuff. Will be cool.


• The shower - you wouldn't have thought it worth comment, but the shower is so powerful. It's wonderful. Only difficulty is getting out of it.


• Gas central heating - the house is always lovely and warm. Yayness.


• Sharing it all with madangie for our first Christmas together.

It's all good!
