LiveJournal Geekery
Apr. 28th, 2004 09:52 pmLiveJournal's S2 style system is very cool. It's got a whole language with a compiler so you can customise almost any part of the journal[1].
Being a bit of a CSS nut, I've taken one of the styles and stripped out all of the <table> tags replacing them with CSS styling and mimicking the new look I'm working on for my website. The result still has a few quirks to be sorted out, but I'm quite impressed given the amount of time I've spent on it.
[1] Almost, of course, excludes the comment form, which they can't let you play with in case you might subvert their security.
