Ow that hurt!

lostcarparkHaven't been to the gym for a while (partly my fault, partly circumstances getting in the way). Did a fairly heavy workout. Feel much better for it, but ache all over. Serves me right for not going more often. Might try the spinning class again later in the week if I can get another session in beforehand.
At work, they're changing our network usernames from derivations of our real names (shieldsj) to our staff numbers. It's their way of making us feel loved. As a result I had to log off my computer before I went home. Because I run so many programs, it takes a good ten minutes to close everything down (and longer to start them all up tomorrow), so I only shut down when I really have to. This is, of course, against company policy of shutting down PCs every evening.
