That's quite a big sailing boat parked on the Liffey. I can't quite work out where it's from as the flag at the back is all wrapped up.

Ah yes, that fits with the colours visible on the rolled up flag. I had thought Russian federation, but that seemed unlikely given the lack of Cyrillic.
