For Sale...
Sep. 2nd, 2003 12:50 pmMy Apartemnt!
It's actually been on the market for almost a week, but the main Irish property website seems to be very slow to update. Never mind, it's there now.
Not much in the way of updates recently. Up to my eyes at work, and spare time has been divided between finishing touches on the apartment, rebuilding my Mum's computer, working on the new version of LostCarPark to launch later this month, and getting sucked into Rise of Nations.
Discovered a cool mode in RoN called "Conquer the World", which has a Risk-style map of the world, and you have to capture territories. Each territory you fight over is a game of the regular RoN game. Needless to say, campaigns can last a long time. Playing the Romans, I've taken ove half of Europe, most of Africa and all of South America.
Work is pretty busy. We're trying to get all the finishing touches done to phase one of the project before launching into phase 2. Which probably means that when phase 2 starts I'll be even bussier.
Now waiting for estate agent to call to say there are people coming to see the apartment. Hurrah. Hoping for a quick sale so I can make an offer on the house I really want.
Edit: For some strange reason the link gives an error when you click it first. When you presh Refresh it seems to go away. Don't forget to click on the "More Photos" link at the top.
Edit 2: Just had a call from the estate agent. Fist viewing is tomorrow night. So something must be working... Yayness!

Date: 2003-09-02 03:19 pm (UTC)Amazing what a bit of tidying can do, eh?
The house you really want
Date: 2003-09-03 07:16 am (UTC)What's the "tongue and groove flooring" in the bedrooms?
And if you do move up there, will that mean you won't be out socialising in Dublin when important people (like me) are home for a visit?
