Doh!

We have a change approval system in work, where any system changes have to be described in detail, and submitted several days before the change goes live. I submitted one yesterday, and this morning it was approved by all except one of the necessary people.

Unfortunately, when you double-click on an entry, the default action is "Edit" (there's also a vew option, but it's not the default). When you edit an entry and click "OK", it clears any approvals and everything goes back to submitted. Even if you haven't made any changes.

Stupid, stupid system.
