lostcarparkThe Mars Global Surveyor has succeeded in snapping a photograph of the Spirit Rover landing site, which shows the lander and rover, and most impressively the rover's tracks.

Meanwhile, Opportunity is off to have a look at its own heat shield.
The rovers have been going for eight months, and show no sign of letting up any time soon, though both have suffered a few minor failures, and Spirit is mostly running on five wheels.
