It's got a rechargable Li-Ion battery, and the RF receiver doubles as a charger. Tom's Hardware said they used it for weeks on a single charge. So "pretty good" is the answer.
It also has double the RF bandwidth of most cordless mice, and apparently is well able to keep up with USB, so there's no "lag" like on some cordless mice.
