Anyone for meeting up on Wednesday night?

I plan to be in Pendrell's Oak from about 8pm onwards (depending on how long it takes me to get in from Chertsey where my course is, and grab some foody stuff). It's between Holborn and Chancery Lane tube stations. Here's a map (thanks ajshepherd). Apparently there will be some ZZ9 types there too, but most people consider them harmless.

I will try and remember to bring some printer RAM for brisingamen too.

Actually, if anyone can suggest a good place to eat and fancies meeting a little earlier, let me know.

And if the_magician or anyone else would like to suggest somewhere in west London. Maybe some good people out that way would like to meet up too.

Sorry - it clashes with the Peterborough group meeting and since we didn't go in January we ought to turn up an remind them who we are. You're welcome to come along but it's a little out of your way!

EAT, food. Um, no. I know of nothing near there. Most people eat rubbish pub food at the Penderel's oak. See you there!

Can't think of anywhere that good for food, apart from the "Cittie of York" which is almost directly across the street from t'other pub.

8 p.m. is going to be a bit late for me to make a special trip into town, unfortunately ... as I'd be wanting to turn round and get a train home almost immediately, to ensure SE Trains don't dump me in the middle of nowhere.

Not sure what to do about the memory ... maybe we can persuade someone to post it to me rather than you taking it home. Dop?
