Travel Plans

Further to yesterday's post, I will be arriving in Heathrow late on Sunday evening, and staying in Egham.

I expect to be in central London a couple of evenings during the week.

I will probably be somewhere around Uxbridge another night, assuming people I know around there are available.

Flying back to Dublin at 8:10 on Friday evening.

Anyone any suggestions for meeting up?

He maybe a right-wing homophobic nut, but...

Orson Scott Card is also a very nice guy and an excellent writer, and he's written a rather glowing review of Serenity.

This is the kind of movie that I have always intended Ender's Game to be (though the plots are not at all similar).

And this is as good a movie as I always hoped Ender's Game would be.

And I'll tell you this right now: If Ender's Game can't be this kind of movie, and this good a movie, then I want it never to be made.

I think he rather likes it.

Can't wait to see it. The LostCarPark Unnofocial Cinema Going Committee are going on Sunday evening, but unfortunately I'll be on a plane to London. If I don't make it at the weekend, I might go see it in London next week. Any takers?
