Know what I'm bissing missing? Boost Guarana bars! Where have they gone? They were so great for late night NaNoWriMo sessions. I suspect they didn't sell well so they stopped making them. I know some people didn't like them, but I quite like the taste - not quite as sweet as other chocolate bars. I have one in the fridge, but I'm saving it till I really need it as it might be the last one in existance...

It's probably too early to blame their demise for my flagging word count.

I'm just grateful you can still get Star Bars in Germany :) (I think they may still exist in Ireland, but are gone from England).

Yes, still have those here. We also have "Moro" bars, which I don't think are in the UK. For a while the wrappers said "Moro: Soon to be Boost", but now they're back to plain "Moro". Star Bars are sort of like peanut Moro bars.

Our vending machine sports a seemingly inexhaustible supply of both guarana-based Boost bars and Star Bars. But there again, we do occupy some godforsaken corner of Southwark, so I wouldn't like to guess at the Best Before dates.

I had a few from when they were given away as part of the promo. One bite (and that was spat out) & they were in the bin.
