Internal Clock
Mar. 31st, 2003 10:28 amThe clocks have gone back, but my internal clock is still stuck on winter time.
My alarm woke me at 7:30, but my body was well aware of the fact that it really was 6:30. I'm sure I hit snooze on the alarm, though it's just possible I hit off instead. Whichever, any subsequant alarms failed to wake me, and when I awoke (from a very strange snowboarding dream), it was a quarter to nine.
I'm not usually in till a little after nine, but I do like to get here by 9:30. I just made it for ten, which wasn't too bad.
Why is that my body seems to adjust so much quicker to getting up an hour later?
